Founder and owner of EmployEasily HR Services, Gary has over 20 years of operational management success working with companies ranging in size from 5 to >5000 and has accumulated a wealth of experience that spans all aspects of business. Gary brings with him a unique and realistic understanding of how to balance adherence to employment legislation with the practicalities of successful people management in an operational environment where organisation goals must be consistently achieved.
Gary has extensive experience of defining key performance metrics, analysing business performance and trends, designing and implementing business improvement initiatives and processes, controlling outputs end to end and delivering operational performance improvements resulting in substantial cost savings.
Gary is a fully trained Six Sigma Green Belt with additional qualifications in training, presentation skills, public speaking and coaching.
Elsa started her career in operational management before gaining her qualification in Human Resources. She has more than 25 years experience in all aspects of people management within the private, sme, public, and not-for-profit sectors, and has developed substantial generalist knowledge.
Elsa’s specialist expertise is in combating the ever-increasing cost of sickness absence. Managing, what is now, its major cause – stress - by tackling the underlying sources of stress, and cultivating a culture of stress-hardiness in the workplace.
A member of the CIPD, Elsa displays a commitment to continuous professional development and ensure she remains up up to date changes to employment legislation and HR best practice.
A fully qualified HR professional, Fahima's has extensive practical experience of managing HR risks and her expertise includes contractual matters and terms and conditions of employment.
Fahima's approach with all clients is to actively understand their organisational objectives and identify any potential risks or barriers to realising these goals.
Fahima provides responsive, confidential and equitable human resources services covering a wide range of human resources activities, endorsing the requirements of business in line with companys' policies and legal requirements.
Hugh is an associate of EmployEasily HR Services and brings an added depth to our service. With over 30 years experience in Employment Law and advocacy before Employment Tribunals, Hugh has the insight to provide advice from the claimant or commercial perspectives. This means there is no employment law issue that we cannot deal with.
As Senior Partner at Grant Brown Lindsay Hugh also deals with wider business law and carries out a range of transactions for business clients, including re-structuring, TUPE transfers, debt recovery and insolvency.
Hugh is an honours graduate of Glasgow University and qualified as a solicitor in 1980.
Linda is a human resources specialist with extensive experience spanning 25 years gained in both the public and private sector mainly in the manufacturing & service industries.
A graduate member of the CIPD with an NVQ Level 5 in strategic personnel management, Linda's main areas of expertise include recruitment, absence management, hr policy review & development, outplacement support and employee communication and counselling.
An associate of EmployEasily HR, Linda has been self employed since 2006 acting as an "HR Doctor" offering HR support primarily to the SME market.
Daniella is an associate of EmployEasily HR Services and brings with her an ability to ensure the Private Medical Insurance (PMI) needs of our Clients are fully catered for.
Working for an independent insurance broker specialising in Private Medical Insurance, Daniella is able to review your company or individual PMI scheme to ensure that it reflects your PMI needs and that you are receiving the best value for money. Phil is an associate of EmployEasily HR Services, adds an important element to our service offering. With over 25 years experience in psychotherapy, counselling and group work, Phil is able to help Employers by helping their Employees combat some of the biggest causes of work absence namely, anxiety, depression, and stress as well as a host of other conditions that may or may not be associated with the work place but still affect work performance, such as relationship difficulties and, post traumatic stress.
In a private and confidential setting, Phil helps individual Employees to be better equipped to deal with problems, challenges, and relationships and to feel more in control of their lives, have more choices, a clearer sense of direction, increased confidence and a strong sense of well-being.
