It can be used to compliment the benefits your company are already receiving through our 'Advise' and 'Introduce' packages or can be used to compliment your existing HR function.
Subscribers to our 'Manage HR' Package benefit from all of the elements of our 'Advise+' Package where we:
- Provide Direct Phone Support from our Team plus provide access to our HR Advice Helpline 24/7 to ensure you get support promptly, when you need it, even out of normal working hours
- Provide Legal Expenses Insurance Protection up to £100,000 in any one claim and complete legal representation by EmployEasily HR’s Legal Team
- Provide access to our browser based HR Managment System - Secure-HRM website which is packed with great features as standard, allowing you to create, store and retrieve employee information straight from your browser quickly and easily saving you money and time and delivering fantastic value for money.
Plus all of the benefits of our 'Introduce HR' Package where we:
- Produce and maintain contracts of employment and employee handbooks or adopt then maintain existing contracts of employment and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with current legislation and HR nest practice is maintained.
- Produce offer letters and additional contracts of employment for new starters as required
- Provide updates on all the latest changes to Employment Legislation AND update employment contracts and staff handbooks then communicate to staff members where applicable
Plus all of the following additional benefits unique to our 'Manage HR Package where we wil also:
- Carry out all ‘transactional’ HR requirements .........eg. Process leavers, new starts, generate disciplinary letters, amendments to T&Cs, etc
