UK Employment Law Update

We’ve posted about this before but just wanted to remind you that from tomorrow new compensation limits for tribunal claims come into force. The main changes are:

  1. the maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal will fall to £65,300
  2. the limit on the amount of guarantee payment payable to an employee in respect of any day will fall to £21.20.
