Gary H Sutherland - Managing Director, MSSP, Assoc CIPD

Managing Director and founder of EmployEasily HR Serivces Ltd, Gary is a certified specialist employment law paralegal, qualified coach and trained Six Sigma Green Belt.

With over 20 years of operational management success working with companies ranging is size from 5 to >5000, Gary has accumulated a wealth of experience that spans all aspects of business and brings with him a rare combination of employment law knowledge and practical 'hands-on' operational management experience. 

This rare combination gives Gary a unique ability to deliver business critical employment law advice and HR management services to business owners, directors, and senior managers, in an operationally effective way, helping them ensure they prevent problems and protect their businesses from time consuming personnel problems and/or costly employment tribunal claims.

A member of the Society of Specialist Paralegals and Associate Member of the CIPD, Gary is committed to delivering professional services to the highest standards and to meeting continuous professional development requirements, ensuring he remains completely up t date with the latest employment law legislation.

 

Nicole Aitken - Administrative Assistant, PA to Managing Director

Nicole looks after the day to day administratiion needs of the business, acts as liaison between Consultants and Clients and provides essential administrative support to the Managing Directr as required.

Elsa started her career in operational management before gaining her qualification in Human Resources. She has more than 25 years experience in all aspects of people management within the private, sme, public, and not-for-profit sectors, and has developed substantial generalist knowledge.

Elsa’s specialist expertise is in combating the ever-increasing cost of sickness absence. Managing, what is now, its major cause – stress - by tackling the underlying sources of stress, and cultivating a culture of stress-hardiness in the workplace.

Fahima Ahmed - HR Consultant, PG, DIP CIPD

A fully qualified HR professional, Fahima's has extensive practical experience of managing HR risks and her expertise includes contractual matters and terms and conditions of employment.

Daniella Fionda - Healthcare Consultant

Phil is an associate of EmployEasily HR Services, adds an important element to our service offering. With over 25 years experience in psychotherapy, counselling and group work, Phil is able to help Employers by helping their Employees combat some of the biggest causes of work absence namely, anxiety, depression, and stress as well as a host of other conditions that may or may not be associated with the work place but still affect work performance, such as relationship difficulties and, post traumatic stress.

In a private and confidential setting, Phil helps individual Employees to be better equipped to deal with problems, challenges, and relationships and to feel more in control of their lives, have more choices, a clearer sense of direction, increased confidence and a strong sense of well-being.
